Use of the facility the day before, day of the event/wedding and day after.
$3000 plus 6% sales tax
The $3000 for your wedding or multiple day event includes:
Use of the facility the day before for decoration and/or rehearsal.
The event day.
The day after until 3 pm.
Round and rectangle tables, chairs and table cloths. (white table cloths will be clean and ready to be used on the round tables, but will not be ironed).
Blue tooth sound system available.
Table and chair set up assistance.
Outdoor deck and amphitheater.
*The total of $250 is due to secure the date along with the completed rental agreement.
*$250 is a security deposit. (This deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event if there is no damage)**Alcohol is permitted at your event as long as you have a RAMP certified bartender and you or your bartender provide a Liquor Liability Policy for your date insuring yourselves and Events in the Hollow. This can be a rider on your homeowner’s insurance policy or a separate policy purchased just for this occasion through WEDSURE. This policy should carry a 1 Million dollar limit and is due 30 days prior to your event.

Celebrate a graduation, retirement, shower or a different special occasion
Set up, event, clean up will be the same day.
$650 plus 6% sales tax
The $650 for your special occasion includes the use of the facility:
