Change to Rates
Starting August 1, 2026, reservations for the 2027 and future seasons will reflect the new rates that go into effect
January 1, 2027.
Weddings/Multiple Day Events
Rental Fee: $4000 plus 6% sales tax
Hours: Friday noon - Sunday 2pm
Rental fee includes:
Use of the facility and grounds
Use of round tables, rectangle tables, table cloths, chairs and chair covers
Bluetooth sound system with microphone
Outdoor deck and amphitheater
Changing/get ready room with an air conditioner
Bar
Two mini splits for support of the outdoor temperatures. The mini splits help minimally. The facility is a rustic, metal building that is not insulated.
Prep kitchen with a refrigerator. The sink in the kitchen is for hand washing only. The septic for the facility is holding tanks and cannot be overloaded with more than the bathroom use.
Single Day Events
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
Rental Fee: $1000 plus 6% sales tax
Hours: Noon - 11pm
(end time may not exceed 11pm)

For all event packages:
Your requested rental day will be secured after the Rental Agreement has been reviewed, signed and submitted. A $250 security deposit is required at the time of the Rental Agreement submission. The security deposit is in addition to the Rental Fee and will be returned within 30 days after your event providing all the terms of the contract are met and no damages caused by the renter.
**Alcohol is permitted at your event as long as you have a RAMP certified bartender and you or your bartender provide a Host Liquor Liability Policy for your date insuring yourselves and Events in the Hollow. This can be a rider on your homeowner’s insurance policy or a separate policy purchased just for this occasion through WEDSURE. This policy should carry a 1 Million dollar limit and is due 30 days prior to your event.
